(Springfield cyclist) that it would be nice to have an extra wheel w/ cassette that could be held in reserve for the trainer and just pop on and off my rear wheel as needed.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm sitting here this morning with the first cup of coffee and watching for the first snow flakes - that and for the "escape artist" dog of my father-in-laws to get out of the fenced area again. She's good... I haven't found her spot yet! :)

- ZekeAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01296442059471583594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630751179432853395.post-54390703946975809662010-01-28T23:36:22.795-05:002010-01-28T23:36:22.795-05:00Tacx even has a special tire [ http://www.amazon.c...Tacx even has a special tire [ http://www.amazon.com/Tacx-Trainer-Tire-Special-Compund/dp/B001C6DBXE ]to save my good ones. I'm betting that I have to ride the trainer again and I didn't want to chew up new rubber. It would be a nice option to have if I had another wheel with cassette that I could use for those purposes.

Is your area expecting any of this latest round of winter weather?

- ZekeAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01296442059471583594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630751179432853395.post-34737961316640301202010-01-27T21:38:54.834-05:002010-01-27T21:38:54.834-05:00Trainers are notorious about chewing through good ...Trainers are notorious about chewing through good rubber very quickly.
